Huệ cafe

The owner is one of the most genuine person I have met in Vietnam, and almost all the bean come from her grandfather’s coffee farm.

She introduce her all-time-favorite Vietnam coffee to us. In non-peak hour, she taught us in how to distinguish the quality of beans in terms of texture, smell, sufficiency information provided on the coffee package.

Although the young lady may seem a little bit aggressive, I know she has a most genuine heart to promote what she truly love. The umami of coffee tastes best without adding extra favor. That’s how you discover whether a coffee is good or bad.

I bought vietnam coffee and pandan tea.

這個店主很老實，咖啡很便宜，同一條街 別的店沒她老實。她的咖啡豆來自他祖父的咖啡園，質量很高。

Chance upon this tiny coffee shop while chatting with the lady boss she says that this is her family business and locals will buy and drink.

Her husband will be the one handling the coffee beans while she attends the shop.

원두를 구매할 목적으로 커피숍과 카페를 다니던 중
어느 유투브에서 봤던 기억이 나서 들른 곳.
하노이는 마치 네덜란드 상가처럼
입구가 좁고 안이 깊은 상점들이 많이 보이는데
여기도 그런 느낌.
좁은 매장 한쪽을 빽빽히 채운 원두들이 놀랍다.

원하는 원두를 설명하면
그에맞는 원두 향을 맡게해준다.
아주 친절하다는 느낌은 받지 못했는데…

그래도 그램수도 다양하고, 종류도 다양한 점이
다른 원두가게와 다르다.
그리고 시음은 불가!
혹시나하고 다른 곳에서는 구매하려고 하면서
물어보면 시음가능하다고 친절한데
여기는 몰상식한 사람 취급해서…
그래 뭐 원두값이 싼편이니 하고 넘어갈뿐…
기분 나빠도 커피만 맛나다면야~~~.

#河内 市中心热闹的街道和店铺到处都是 #咖啡 店，我转了好几家，对比🌟品质🌟价格，这家是最棒的、最便宜的！一对儿小夫妻经营者家族传统的咖啡豆生意，听小哥哥说从他爷爷开始他们家种植的都是有机咖啡豆，品种特别的多。图3是我选的2款不同味道的豆子，他们家也可以打磨成粉，也有速溶的。总之非常推荐!!!
